Warranty
Cikck is committed to providing you with high-quality products and after-sales guarantee services. If there is a product defect, malfunction or functional failure within one year after purchase (unless otherwise stated on the product page), we will repair or replace eligible products at our discretion based on the actual situation.
We will always make the final decision on whether the product is covered by the warranty based on reasonable judgment.
Scope of application
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Some products may have a separate warranty period due to special properties, which shall be subject to the description on the product page.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use conditions.
However, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance
- Damage caused by external factors such as transportation, falling, liquid intrusion, fire, etc.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging (such as scratches, color fading, aging of accessories)
- Damage caused by using this product to non-Cikck products
- Products purchased through unauthorized channels, such as non-Cikck official website
Making a warranty claim
If you need to make a warranty request, please contact our customer support team via email (info@cikck.com) and provide the following information:
- Contact name and contact information
- Product number or part number (also known as product code)
- Detailed description of the product failure or problem
- Relevant photos or videos to support the claim
- If you have contacted us about this issue before, please also provide the case number
Other warranty information instructions
Proof of purchase is required: Warranty service requires the original proof of purchase, including the purchase date and order number.
Shipping costs: During the warranty period, if the product is confirmed to have quality problems, Cikck will bear the shipping costs of returning the product. If the condition of the product is found to be not as described, or there is a misrepresentation, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
No cross-model exchange service is provided: only the same model of products can be exchanged, and other styles or models cannot be exchanged.
Cikck reserves the right to interpret the warranty period: for the warranty period applicable to a specific product, if it is different from the standard warranty period, the product page description shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cikck and its affiliates (including its officers, directors, employees or agents) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from the use of the product. Cikck's maximum liability for the product in any case shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product.
