Return service within 30 days

We support return services within 30 days from the date of receipt, regardless of the reason for return. This policy only applies to products purchased through the official website of Cikck.com.


Please note that the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unmodified
  • Retain the original tag, packaging and accessories
  • No stains, damage or obvious wear
  • Must be in a resaleable state


The following products are not subject to the return policy:

  • Final promotion products
  • Customized products


Return shipping costs will be borne by you. Shipping costs and additional fees are not included in the refund amount. Cikck will not refund customs duties, import taxes or other additional fees incurred for international orders. It is recommended that you confirm the local import policy before placing an order.



Refund instructions

Once we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the return conditions, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 5-10 working days. Orders that exceed the return time only support warranty replacement due to product quality issues, and no refund applications will be accepted.



Product Warranty Policy

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Accidental damage: including falling, collision, water ingress, etc.
  • Misuse or unauthorized modification: unauthorized disassembly, modification, misuse or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear and consumable damage: such as naturally aged parts such as batteries
  • Non-official purchase: products not purchased through Cikck official website
  • Lost or stolen products

  • Order number or purchase receipt
  • Clear product problem photos or videos
  • Briefly describe the problem


If the product is confirmed to have quality problems, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the same model for you.

Please note: We do not provide replacement services for different models, only the same product can be replaced.

Products returned for warranty processing must be in their original packaging and in new or near-new condition, including all original accessories.



Warranty service does not cover damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Abnormal use
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage during transportation
  • Natural disasters
  • Damage caused by third-party products
