When you purchase goods through Cikck.com, all orders are subject to the relevant laws of the destination. When the goods are successfully delivered to the delivery address you provide, the ownership and risk of the products will be automatically transferred to you.
Please note: Once the product is delivered, Cikck and third-party sellers will no longer be responsible for losses caused by loss, theft or damage. It is recommended that you confirm that the items are intact when you receive the package.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Processing time: We will complete packaging and delivery within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping time: Orders to most countries and regions will be delivered within 7-14 business days.

How to Change Shipping Information
If you want to change the information of an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact customer support to request the change before we start the shipping process (usually within 30 minutes of placing the order):
- Log in to your Cikck account and visit the "My Orders" page;
- Check the status of your order;
- If it has not been shipped, please contact customer service to provide a new shipping address or modify the delivery information.
During peak periods (such as holiday promotions), the shipping processing time may be shortened, so please submit your change request as soon as possible.
Order Tracking Instructions
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a logistics tracking number. Please make sure that the email address you registered is filled in correctly.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or get tracking information through the order page.
You can also go to the official website of the logistics carrier and use the tracking number to check the delivery status in real time.
Instructions for multi-address delivery
If you need to ship different items in your order to multiple addresses, please select a separate delivery address and delivery method for each item on the checkout page.
If you need to send multiple quantities of the same product to different addresses, it is recommended that you place separate orders so that the system can process them correctly.
What if I don’t receive the product?
